Volunteer Application Form

The Mission of New Light New Life is to empower survivors lives of Human Trafficking by providing new looks and other services that inspire change, create self- worth and promote a new sense of self confidence.

Instructions

  • Please type, print or complete the online or physical copy of this application.
  • To be considered for volunteer services, complete your application in its entirety and sign in the designated sections.
  • All applications must be signed to be considered. (Photocopies are acceptable)
  • If you require accommodation related to a disability, notify the Program Manager.
  • Volunteer Applications with New Light New Life will remain active for a period of 30 days.
  • After 30 days you will be required to complete a new application for each vacancy and/ or new service to be reconsidered.
